The Passion Map

The Passion Map outlines the Insight Growth System’s leadership alignment stages and steps for achieving Organic Integration. The work in the Passion element involves gaining leadership self-awareness, vision, and values, as well as aligned executive direction, which will frame the organization’s strategic growth plan, team development, and core processes and technologies moving forward in the Organic Integration development.

Leadership strength and courageous acts are derived from vulnerability and the openness of oneself to others. Leadership assessments enable us to see ourselves objectively and gain awareness of the triggers and emotional pulls that can sabotage our best intentions. 

The good news is that we can change our feelings about ourselves, others, and the world. While these long-lived patterns are deep, it is possible to catch ourselves in the act and improve our ability to communicate and connect with others.

  • The INspire Leadership Passion Primer is a customized approach that includes:

    • An initial session during which a comprehensive inventory of your individual needs, goals, strengths, relating, striving and thinking styles are taken

    • A follow-up session during which results of the inventory are presented, discussed and integrated with your goals

    • A third session includes presentation of your leadership development plan to your direct supervisor or peers

    • A final session includes a team session where all team members share a highlight of their INspire process outcomes and team composite reports to identify next steps for team productivity and development.
