She starts projects with understanding the psychology and mindset of her clients and their passion and purpose. She aligns strategic market strategies with organizational design and fellow experts to ensure that teams are supported with the learning, tools, and process requirement to grow and achieve collective success.

Shelley has worked in multiple industries, including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, staffing, distribution, professional services (such as legal, financial, and engineering firms), information technology, non-profits, local governments, and community development projects. 

 

Shelley’s formal education is in the studies of marketing, advertising communications, and international business. She has traveled and lived abroad and was inspired by entrepreneurialism and growth by spending her childhood around her father’s accounting firm. She atests her resiliency to her ability to stand strong in adversity and always remain curious and adventurous about the possibilities.
