Since 1997, Shelley Moore, founder of Insight has researched small and medium businesses in the quest to discover what makes some entrepreneurs more successful than others. What she discovered is that there is no one magic formula that translates to all entrepreneurial businesses. |
| Entrepreneurial success is absolutely dependent on the Organic Integration of four elements that are detailed in Insight's Integrated Mapping System — Passion, Strategy, Collaboration and Process. Each of the four maps step out the details that must be uniquely defined to blend together and create a DNA code that is different for each organization. After defining the details, preferably in the sequence of Passion, Strategy, Collaboration and Process, Shelley found that an organization can create its core competencies; unique market strategies; hire ideal people; and set priorities for internal workflow that will support its DNA to grow the organization. As these functions are uniquely integrated, the structure and priorities for growth practically appear. This is Insight's work. We gain understanding about organizations in these four areas and integrate unique growth plans which Shelley believes are really preordained for each organization. Insight just clearly defines how an organization is unique in these areas and what specific steps it needs to take to achieve growth. We also support all aspects of executing the growth plans on a timely basis. Consequently, by freeing the organization from non-core efforts and focusing more on what will naturally grow the organization, Insight helps organizations realize the potential that they are designed to achieve. Each map below highlights the deliverables that Insight offers. Click on each map to learn more. Notice that each map includes five phases of work: Investigate, Integrate, Innovate, Interrelate and Initiate. This progression takes you on a journey of initiatives that brings awareness and resolution for cultivating growth in your organization. By organically integrating these mapping systems to support one another, you will achieve sustainable growth, increased profitability and improved productivity.
