We literally work eye-to-eye with clients in these quick-solve sessions to resolve specific problems by translating Insight into Innovation (I2I). With the combination of one on-site research day, one team work session and one presentation of resulting documentation with solutions, we provide structure for a specific problem to be solved in three days for $3,200. Other research and services requested by the client are not included.

1. We conduct in-depth interviews and observe processes with employees and customers to understand the environment of the problem to be solved or the innovation to be created. This scopes the opportunity and helps us understand the environment for the new solution. 2. We facilitate a strategic session with your management team to present research findings and investigate specific management views and challenges around the issue at hand. Specific assignments for management preparation may be required to conduct this session. 3. After integrating the internal and external findings, we will present our recommendations and action plan for the solution. We work with you to develop timelines and assignments for execution.
