We offer a hybrid of formats from workshops to facilitated roundtables that engage working teams into the process of defining the next innovations and details for their growth. Ownershops These monthly sessions are for collections of non-competing owners and two of their hand-picked confidants. They meet together to explore themselves and their businesses in open, honest, facilitated sessions to dialog about the common challenges and solutions of ownership. The businesses learn from one another and offer ideas, while at the same time the individuals within each business absorb the concepts and ideas to translate them to their individual organizations. This supports business owners with integrating outside business perspectives and internal executive collaboration in an open, honest and trust-building environment. Teamshops These sessions are designed to support the development of skills and perspectives for working teams in organizations. Dozens of topics include etiquette, service, communication, strategic planning and brainstorming. Topics and length of workshops are modified for individual client needs. Many can be designed to be self administered. |
