Without this integration, an organization competing in today’s global environment will not be defined as unique. Thus, it will not sustain the growth required to provide meaningful jobs to local economies.

 

Each organization is unique. We have developed a flexible and adaptable mapping process that assesses your needed and focuses our efforts on the specific projects needed to grow your organization.

 

Proposal Formats

You have options for working with Insight. Projects are proposed in one of the following formats to meet the needs required for your organization’s growth.

 

Self-Implementation – using the customized action plans that we develop for your business in our BLOOM™ web-based system, you can complete action steps on your own. We meet quarterly with you to check on progress or provide facilitation and workshops as needed.

 

 

Moderate Facilitation – using a combination of customized BLOOM™ action plans and monthly strategic sessions, you complete activities on your own for presentation and synthesis in monthly workshops with our strategist. Per the progress achieved, we develop next steps for you to complete in the following month.

 

 

Full Execution – specific projects are scoped and fully executed by Insight as an extension of your existing management team. These projects are often specialized projects that your team never seems to get to, or do not have the expertise to complete. We set a monthly budget for our services based on the extent of work needed for the project. Projects are typically scoped within three to six months for completion.
