Steve’s ability to quickly scan and learn new information and integrate high-level knowledge into opportunities for new innovations and growth strategies is his core strength. We utilize Steve’s DiaGnosis process and scenario planning and sustainability planning services in the visioning and strategic stages of our work.
Steve Martin has a broad base of experience from start up businesses to billion dollar public corporations in both service and manufacturing sectors. For the last 25 years he has filled a variety of senior level positions including sales, operations, chief marketing officer, and chief operating officer. Each of those positions arose from his ability to identify significant strategic change initiatives.
Steve has a B.A.degree in economics and business and has studies leadership and strategic marketing at Wharton School of Business. He serves on various boards of directors for distributors and non-profit organizations.
