Assessment
Insight utilizes a variety of proven and scientific assessment tools to understand what we define to be The Whole Mind. The Whole Mind is comprised of three parts of the mind: relating style, striving talents, and thinking skills. Together, these overlap to create the DNA of a person’s unique strengths and talents.
Understanding an individual’s unique abilities is the basis for growth and learning. Via our Passion Builder Workbook, we help clients create strategies and action plans for leadership, career direction, relationships, problem-solving, job analysis, and communication based on these results.
In 2-3 sessions of processing results using the best tools, individuals and teams grow to collaborate with others at more productive, profitable, efficient and meaningful levels. The dialog around the assessments intermingles with personal background stories, challenges and aspirations for growth. This experience is not provided anywhere else and it is an invigorating way to recharge one’s energy toward making a difference.
